When I got this guy, it had a cracked heel, cracked neck near the nut, hole in the side, no saddle, missing and broken tuners, two broken back braces, and a neck angle that was crazy high. Solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a striking resemblance to a Martin D18. Made in Japan. The date stamp on the label is quite faded, but with some creative use of light filtering and picture angel, I was able to determine that it was made in either 1971 or 1974. Definitely vintage.
